The company is privately owned and managed by a small highly motivated team. The UK head office is in Farnborough (Hampshire) and the main overseas base is Les Gets, France. We have a second base in Reberty Village (Three Valleys)
Each year we look for confident, creative and fun people to join our resort team. We need all sorts, including chefs, chalet hosts, drivers and childcare staff. We don't care if you're young or old as long as you show that you want to meet our high standards.
There's a great social life, with bars and clubs and a good number of people from Britain who are also out in the resort working for the season. But primarily it's a full time job in the tourist industry and staff must remember they're in resort to provide a great level of service to our clients.
In 2009 we conducted an anonymous survey of our resort team and asked them whether they would want to work for us again and would they recommend Ski Famille as an employer to their friends. 88% were keen to work with us again and 100% said they would recommend us as an employer to friends.
